Hanne Grice, trading as Walk the Dog™ (Walk the Dog), of 67 Miswell Lane, Tring, Hertfordshire HP23 4DR takes your privacy very seriously.  This Privacy Policy explains the steps we take to ensure that the information about you is kept secure and confidential.

1.2. This information and any other information that you may wish to supply to Walk the Dog is required in order to PROCESS YOUR ORDER, TO RESPOND TO YOUR ENQUIRY and for Walk the Dog to inform you of any NEWS, EVENTS OR OFFERS which may be of interest to you.

1.3. Should you want a copy of any of the information we hold about you at any time, please write to us detailing this request at the above address enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.  We may require an administration fee of £10 to cover our costs in providing such data.

2. Passing on your details

2.1. In processing your order, we will only pass on personal information about you to third parties such as is necessary to enable us to process your order.

2.2. We will use your email address to keep you informed of upcoming events and offers and for sending you the Walk the Dog newsletter.

2.3. We do not receive or store your credit card information.  We would refer you to a Payment Service Provider who would capture this data and process your transaction via a secure server.

2.4. We will strive to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee that any data transferred over the internet is totally secure and therefore we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us.
