Dogs Monthly came along to our recent Exercise workshop which looks at the various activities out there for pet dog owners from canicross to bikejoring. We look at the various elements that need to be considered before exercising your pooch, such as: physical health, diet, terrain, temperature and humidity, as well as the types of equipment available, basic first aid, holistic massage, and your pet’s behaviour. The workshop also provides delegates with a brief overview of the early warning signs of stress and raises awareness of excessive exercise and / or stimulation.
Our workshop also gives delegates the opportunity to learn how to assess and monitor their dog’s condition and offers a number of practical activities that help build mental and physical strength for a happy and well-balanced pet.
